  • 2 tablespoons chopped Continental parsley 
  • 2 chicken breast fillets

Preparation: 
First of all, heat the saucepan over medium-low heat then spray with olive oil spray to grease. Then put the onion in the pan and stir it occasionally for 4 to 5 minutes. Wait for the onions to become soft. Now, add the garlic and chilli. Then cook it and stir for one minute until it smells like an aroma.

Ingredients 
One onion chopped
2 garlic cloves 
2 tablespoons olive oil 
One large eggplant
Two chopped tomatoes 
Half cup green olives 
Two tablespoons caster sugar
Two tablespoons chopped flat-leaf parsley 
400-gram penne rigate
1/3 cup drained capers 

Preparation Method: 
On medium heat flame, heat the oil in a pan. Add the onion and garlic in the oil and gently cook it. Stir it for 5 minutes until it becomes red light golden. Now, increase the heat and add eggplant. Then, cook and stir for 2 to 3 minutes until it becomes a golden color. Now, add the tomato, sugar, salt, and pepper in it. 
For 15 minutes, cook over low flame after it brings to boil. Then, the eggplant is cooked. The sauce should also thick at the end. Now, stir the parsley, olives, and capers.

Ingredients: 
  • Fresh lime juice -- 60 ml
  • Paprika -- two teaspoon
  • Garlic clove -- one crossed
  • 2x200 gram single chicken breast fillets 
  • 1 cup Pearl barley 
  • Olive oil spray 
  • Sweet corn kernels (1 ½ cup)
  • Red capsicum (small and finely chopped)
  • Four shallots (Thin slices)
  • Half Cup fresh Continental parsley leaves

Preparation Method: 
First of all, mix the lime juice and garlic in a jug. Now, place the chicken in any ceramic. Add the remaining lime juice mixture to the chicken and turn to coat.
Now place the ceramic in the fridge after covering with the plastic wrap for 20 minutes to marinate. Now, cook the barley in a saucepan of boiling water. When you think that it is cooked then drain all the water. Now, wash it with cold water. Now, heat the pan and then spray it with olive oil. Now, add the corn and stir it for 2 minutes. Now add the shallots and capsicum. Wait for 1 minute. You will see the color of the corn is changed into light golden. Add the remaining lime juice into the mixture of corn and parsley. Now, put the marinated chicken in a pan and cook it for four minutes. Also, spray it with olive oil spray. Now, slice the chicken thinly. Top the chicken over the barley mixture. It is a very fantastic dish with high fibre, low-fat, low-sodium, and low-sugar.

 Ingredients for Gumbo: 
 2 tbsp canola oil 
 One medium onion chopped 
 One medium red paper
One medium green pepper 
250 grams of okra and cut into 1 cm
2 cloves garlic 
450 ml crushed tomatoes
 500 ml low-sodium chicken stalk 
500-gram crab-meat 
1 ml tabasco and 1 ml sold

how to Prepare Gumbo:
First of all, heat oil in a large saucepan for the medium-high flame. Now, you can add onion, okra pepper and ham. Now, wait for the okra to become soft until it is no longer sticky. Then, wait for 10 minutes. Now you can add garlic and sauce and wait for one minute. Add tomatoes and chicken stock mixture. Now cook it for 20 minutes uncovered. Now steam in crab, add tomato, salt, and pepper. Now, serve it with rice.
